COMPETENCIES – Quality Services

The Members of the GAA are constantly present at the manufacturing
facilities of the OEM with native speaking engineers and technicians.

The engineering team is very experienced in solving quality issues inclusive
all necessary documentations and implementation of required actions.

  • The tasks of the quality team are as follows:
    • Constant communication with the production and quality departments of the OEMs
      (expeditious information of quality problems - immediate actions)
    • Issuing of defect reports
    • Collection of scrap data and issuing of status reports
    • Organisation and coordination of any rework and sort activities, etc.
    • Communication with the local logistic departments in case of bottleneck situations
    • Coordination of deviation permits
    • Coordination and acceleration of initial sample releases (PPAP) and/or design changes
